An estimated 7.5 million unnecessary medical and surgical procedures are performed each year, writes Gary Null, PhD., in Death by Medicine. Rather than reverse the problems they purport to fix, these unwarranted procedures can often lead to greater health problems and even death. A 1995 report by Milliman & Robertson, Inc. concluded that nearly 60 percent of all surgeries performed are medically unnecessary, according to Under The Influence of Modern Medicine by Terry A. Rondberg. Some of the most major and frequently performed unnecessary surgeries include hysterectomies, Cesarean sections and coronary artery bypass surgeries.

Coronary bypasses are the most common unnecessary surgeries in America

When I was researching how to block the biopathway of hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia I learned that big pharma would like to block it with a synthetic drug but they couldnt make such a drug that did not have deadly side effects. But it turns out that Bioflavenoids in an orange peel will work. Microsomal triglyceride transfer protein , MTTP or MTP is a biopathway that can be blocked. The drug companies wanted to do this but failed with synthetic drugs. Their drugs that block the MTP pathway stopping cholesterol and serum lipid production had a side effect of loading the liver with fat. Synthetic drugs failed. Then I began to research what natural substance would block the MTP pathway. Who would guess, Nobilitin, a Flavonoid in citrus peel does it powerfully. Found in Citrus. Now we have our working papers, we can block the MTP biopathway by putting whole citrus in a magic bullet or blender. If it will not blend well we need to order Orange Peel Powder from HerbalCom.Com to put in our delicious smoothies.
So lets summarize;

The doctors want to block the MTP pathway to stop Hyperlipidemia or Familial Hypercholesterolemia , lowering cholesterol by fifty percentish….but it tends to have a side effect with prescription medicine to build fat in the liver. So we found a study showing that Nobiletin and other flavonoids such as resveratrol , tangeretin, naringenin, and other polyphenolic compounds reduce the plugging of veins by blocking the cholesterol production of the MTP lipogenesis pathway. Now watch this, much of this hypercholesterolemia comes from insulin being too high, and citrus , as in grapefruit have been shown to work as good or better than Metformin for diabetes….
and it is a 61% cure for bone loss in women!
So there are many citrus derived flavonoids that will help do this: The hypocholesterolemic and metabolically beneficial properties of citrus-derived flavonoids have been demonstrated clinically. Tangeretin, a polymethoxylated flavonoid, reduced apoB100 secretion from human hepatoma (HepG2) cells through inhibition of both DGAT activity and microsomal TG accumulation (23). In a mouse model of dyslipidemia and hyperinsulinemia, naringenin prevented hyperinsulinemia-stimulated de novo lipogenesis, inhibited VLDL-apoB secretion, and improved plasma lipids. In insulin-resistant hamsters, a combination of tangeretin and another polymethoxylated flavonoid nobiletin ameliorated dyslipidemia and improved glucose tolerance. Nobiletin increased Glut4 expression in muscle and attenuated the hyperglycemia normally observed in ob/ob mice. In Ldlr−/− or apoE−/− mice, naringenin, resveratrol, and other polyphenolic compounds reduce atherosclerosis through a variety of mechanisms, suggesting they have powerful antiatherogenic properties.

The objective of the current study was to determine the effectiveness of the citrus-derived flavonoid nobiletin, to inhibit apoB100 secretion from HepG2 cells, and to attenuate dyslipidemia, insulin resistance, and atherosclerosis.
So if we eat lots of citrus and get it organic, we can wash it in non Fluoride water and put it in our blender in some mixture that we can tolerate….peel and all
the peels also contain Limonene which is a powerful cancer cure…..otherwise we can order Orange Peel Powder for our smoothies and at least take Bioflavanoid supplements.

WILL THIS CURE ATHEROSCLEROSIS?

We previously showed that the progression of atherosclerosis in the Reversa mouse (Ldlr(-/-Apob100/100Mttpfl/fl) Mx1Cre(+/+)) was arrested when the hyperlipidemia was normalized by inactivating the gene for microsomal triglyceride transfer protein. Here, we tested whether atherosclerosis would regress if the lipid levels were reduced after advanced plaques formed.

There was a remarkable 50% loss from the plaques of the monocyte-derived (CD68+) cells within three days 3, 4.

Reversa mice (Ldlr−/−Apob100/100Mttpfl/flMx1Cre+/+)
have severe hypercholesterolemia as a result of homozygosity for the LDL receptor knockout allele and an “apolipoprotein B100 (apoB100)–only” allele, but the hypercholesterolemia can be conditionally eliminated 6 by inducing the expression of the Mx1-Cre transgene, which inactivates Mttp (the gene for microsomal triglyceride transfer protein). In mammalian liver, microsomal triglyceride transfer protein is required for the secretion of atherogenic apoB-containing lipoproteins 7, so that after inactivation of its gene, plasma levels of VLDL and LDL fall.
Lets block Microsomal triglyceride transfer protein and citrus does it without side effects.

Again the prescription drug blocked the MTP gene but with a side effect. Still it cleared atherosclerotic plaques out of the veins in 3-4 days! Citrus will do this without side effects of fat in the liver. ……So when the doctor tells you, that you have a dud ApoB gene, we counter and prove that the hypercholesterolemia can be conditionally eliminate by inducing the expression of the Mx1-Cre transgene, which inactivates Mttp (the gene for microsomal triglyceride transfer protein). And prescription drugs have failed to do this without loading the liver with fat. But to repeat, thanks to Good, Citrus can block a bad boy MTP (mttp) gene by bringing out another miracle gene….by inducing the expression of Mx1-Cre transgene which Goodness put there for you, if you will, which will Block the MTP pathway…..and bang you are fixed.

In the MTP pathway a signaling system from the intestines exists that is dependent on Inositol, an enzyme. I think along with Citrus smoothies you should take an inositol supplement. It is perfectly harmless.

This is the prescription drug for blocking the MTP pathway, …but it has the side effect of filling the liver up with fat.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lomitapide#Side_effects

The prescription drug that failed at blocking the MTP causes Steatosis= fat getting into liver and other cells , from triglycerides mainly but is not dependent on Hep C or Alcohol consumption. Again how do we avoid this and the sad fate that big pharma has failed to safely block the MTP pathway without side effects? We can make Citrus smoothies , we can also add other nutrients to increase the overall benefit such as a harmless Inositol supplement. You can win through the cures of nature. Apparently, genes are like toggle switches and genetic processes can be switched on and off by miracle keyways found in nature, in God’s Farmacy!

.in our modern world some strange things have developed. A high cholesterol count can actually make your “Good Ratio” impossible. We agree with your well studied position about “oxidized cholesterol” however, very high Cholesterol counts such as with Hyperlipidemia or Familial Hypercholesterolemia are associated with major occlusions of vascular bloodflow causing myocardial infarction…..such as in the case of my little brother who had a quad bypass at 35 or my case before I became a vegetarian and had a six bypass at 37. The inflammation of your vascular walls and the plaques (wounds) from either homocystein or other excesses or deficiencies are covered over with cholesterol like dry wall mud. We know how to reverse this naturally but no one in my family has the courage to leave Statins and other drugs but me. Actually the bioflavanoids in citrus peels contains the nobilitin and tangeritine or whatever……that blocks the MTP pathway and stops the pathologic genesis of cholesterol in over quantity. Yes the brain is primarily cholesterol and the cholesterol that is oxidized is the problem , agreed, however, when your cholesterol, or your blood lipids are super high , such as 400, it is an indices my brother, that you may have a skill saw run down your sternum soon.
